Debra Samuels Wurzel, 43, was named official VP and overseeing chief, succeeding Ian McGregor, who ended up official VP and head supervisor at the Los Angeles office of a kin, McCann-Erickson Worldwide Advertising, some portion of the McCann-Erickson World Group unit of Interpublic.
